- Print-on-Demand: Physical journals manufactured and shipped through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).
2. Digital Product License
When you purchase a digital journal, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license.
- You May: Print copies for your own personal use.
- You May Not: Resell, share, or redistribute the files to others, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Physical Product Fulfillment (Amazon KDP)
For physical journals, your order is processed and shipped by Amazon.
- Shipping & Delivery: All shipping timelines and costs are handled by Amazon.
- Quality Issues: If a physical book arrives damaged or has printing errors, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly, as they manage the manufacturing and logistics.
4. Refund Policy
- Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital journals are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
- Physical Books: Returns and refunds for printed journals are subject to Amazon’s return policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, text, and graphics on growing-success.com and within our journals are the intellectual property of Growing Success. Unauthorized use of our brand or content is strictly prohibited.
