Digital Product Return & Refund Policy

Delivery and shipping: Every product sold on growing-success.com is a digital file. There is no physical shipment and no shipping charge. Download links are issued immediately on the order confirmation page and by email, and remain available in your account. Paperback editions of these titles are sold separately through Amazon.

Final Sale Notice: All sales of digital products, including downloadable guides, e-books, printable journals and fillable PDF workbooks are Final Sale. 

Immediate Access: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to the digital content and, therefore, waive any right to a refund.

Technical Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at hello@growing-success.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to provide a replacement file or alternative access method to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Duplicate Purchases: In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same digital product, please contact us within 48 hours for a manual review and potential refund of the duplicate charge.
